Consent & Safety Policy

1. Consent Before Creation

Before any voice or personality profile is created, we require explicit confirmation that you have the right to use the voice recordings you upload. For living people, this means their direct consent. For those who have passed, we ask that you have appropriate family or estate authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts where consent cannot be demonstrated.

2. Emotional Safety

Neverleft is a deeply sensitive space. We take the following steps to protect emotional wellbeing:

• —All AI-generated conversations are clearly labeled as AI-generated.
• —Users in distress are shown resources for human support, including crisis lines.
• —We do not market Neverleft as a substitute for grief counseling or mental health care.
• —Users can pause or delete their companion at any time without penalty.

3. No Deceptive Use

Neverleft must not be used to deceive third parties into thinking they are speaking with a real person. Sharing AI-generated voice output as if it were a real live person — without disclosure — violates our terms and this policy.

4. Reporting Concerns

If you believe someone's voice has been used without consent, or you have concerns about misuse, please contact us immediately at cs@j-voice.com. We investigate all reports and act swiftly.
