We built Neverleft because we know how much a voice can mean. We take your privacy seriously — not as a legal obligation, but because trust is the foundation of everything we're making here.
1. What We Collect
To make your AI companion work, we collect a few things:
- —Voice recordings and audio samples you choose to upload, used only to recreate the voice you're missing.
- —Messages and conversations you have with your AI companion, stored so the experience feels continuous and remembers what matters to you.
- —Account information — your name and email address, used to manage your account and communicate with you.
- —Basic usage data — things like which features you use, so we can improve the product. This is anonymous and aggregated.
2. How We Use It
Simply put: your data powers your experience, and nothing else.
- —We use your voice samples to build and maintain your personal AI companion voice.
- —We use your conversation history to make your companion feel coherent and emotionally present.
- —We use your email to send account updates, security notices, and (if you opt in) occasional product news.
We will never sell your data. We will never share your voice recordings or private conversations with third parties for advertising, research, or any other purpose. Full stop.
3. Data Security
We understand that what you share with us is deeply personal. We protect it accordingly:
- —All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256).
- —Voice recordings and conversation data are stored in isolated, access-controlled environments.
- —We conduct regular security reviews and follow industry best practices for data protection.
- —Access to your personal data within our team is strictly limited to those who need it to maintain the service.
4. Data Deletion
Your data is yours. You can delete it whenever you want — no waiting periods, no friction.
- —Delete individual voice samples, conversations, or your entire account from your settings at any time.
- —When you delete your account, we permanently erase all your data within 30 days.
- —You can also email us directly and we'll handle deletion manually if you prefer.
